Sami holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and a Masters of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Ms. Tauber is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds ISO 9001 (2008) and 13485, Internal Auditor (2014) certifications. Company President Andy Albert noted that Sami brings with her a unique mix of elite level customer service and technical capabilities. Sami is expected to quickly add to an already strong management team.
